Welcome to all workshop participants!
A Short Introduction
First, I’d like to congratulate you for being selected to attend this workshop! My name is Yasmin Shamsudin and I will be leading the workshop, which is aimed at giving you the tools to write and structure a scientific paper with impact.
To make it more useful and interesting for you, I would like for you to prepare ahead of the workshop. Please take the time to think about the questions below and send your answers to me through the form. If you don’t know the answer to a question, you should ask around your lab (and perhaps even your supervisor) to get a satisfying answer that you can build on. All the questions asked are relevant to the work we will do during the workshop, so the more prepared you are, the more you will get out of attending the workshop!
Additionally, download and read (or skim through) the following paper (Nature Communications).
